Order Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
Please note that it may take up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website after your order has been dispatched.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your inbox for the shipping confirmation email from RebuildYourBody.

  2. Copy your tracking number.

  3. Visit the carrier’s tracking page (see below).

  4. Paste your tracking number and click Track to view your delivery status.

Our Delivery Partners

We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe and fast delivery:

  • Evri (formerly Hermes)  -Tracking numbers usually start with letters followed by digits (e.g., H123456789).

  • Royal Mail  -Tracking numbers are typically 13 characters (e.g., AB123456789GB).

  • DHL  -Tracking numbers are usually 10 digits or start with “JD” followed by numbers.

Depending on your order, other couriers may also be used. The name of your carrier will always appear in your shipping confirmation email.

Didn’t Receive a Tracking Number?

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
If it’s still missing, contact us at support@rebuild-yourbody.com, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

Tracking Updates

Once your parcel is in transit, you can check its journey in real time.
Please note that tracking updates may be delayed during weekends, public holidays, or peak seasons.
