Return and refund policy

RebuildYourBody accepts returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number).

Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@rebuild-yourbody.com with your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and the return address in the UK.

Return Shipping & Labels

  • Returns are handled by mail only.

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective or damaged product), we cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label.

  • For all other returns (such as change of mind), customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and providing their own return label.

Refunds

  • No restocking fees are charged.

  • Returns are inspected within 2–3 business days of arrival.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges. Customers who wish to receive another item must place a new order.
