2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • We only ship within the United Kingdom. International orders are not accepted.

  • Shipping method: Express Shipping (Free for all UK customers).

  • Cost: £0 – Shipping is always free within the UK.

  • Delivery time after dispatch: 3–7 business days.

3. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

  • You can track your parcel directly on the carrier’s website.

4. Delayed or Lost Orders

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • If your order seems lost, please contact us at support@rebuild-yourbody.com, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded.

Note: If delivery fails due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or if the package is not collected, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
