Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment partners. We do not store full card details on our servers.

Currency

All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP). If your card/account is in a different currency, your provider may apply its own exchange rate and/or fees.

Order Confirmation

Once your payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes. If you don’t receive it within 24 hours, please contact us.

Your bank/payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold before finalizing the charge.

Billing & Invoices

Invoices/receipts are sent by email after checkout. If you need an updated invoice (e.g., with company details), contact us before the order is shipped.
